The four-building property covers a city block bordered by La Fayette, Lafitte, Saint Georges and De La Victoire streets. A source at SITQ tells GlobeSt.com that two of the buildings contain office, one is a hotel and the fourth houses apartments and ground-floor commercial. Built in the 1930s, the property is reportedly 100% leased.
