Highland has entered into a long-term management contract with an affiliate of Marriott International Inc. The hotel will continue to operate under the Renaissance flag. Highland plans to invest an additional $6.5 million in the property over the next two years.
Highland focuses on hotel investments primarily in the United States. The company owns 7,381 rooms in 24 hotel properties.
