Other local industry sources tell GlobeSt.com that the monthly effective full-service rents in the area average euro 18.50-19.50 per sm per month. The full-service advertised rate for the Metropolitan is euro 25.50 per sm per month.
The Warsaw office of Gide Loyrette Nouel was opened in 1991 and specializes in business law. Hines Polska chief executive Mieczysław Godzisz believes that the GLN lease legitimizes the building as a premier address. As a result, Godzisz expects several new leases to be signed at the Metropolitan in 2006.
