PHOENIX-The Anchor Centre, a class A office property located at 2201 and 2231 E. Camelback Rd., has gained four new tenants. The building consists of approximately 337,000 sf of rentable space.The property is now 72% leased with the new tenants including Allen Systems Group, Feldman Mall Properties Inc., BDO Seidman LLP and Lime Financial Co. Anchor Centre is a two-building office complex in the Camelback Corridor submarket of Metro Phoenix. The deals were brokered by Cushman & Wakefield.Allen Systems Group is a Florida-based software provider. Currently located at 4343 E. Camelback, the company will take on 12,636 sf at Anchor Centre in May. The move will enable Allen Systems to reduce leasing expenses while taking on more efficient space.New York-based real estate firm Feldman Mall Properties Inc. is leasing approximately 6,000 sf. The company will move in June.New to the Valley of the Sun is BDO Seidman LLP, who will lease 5,477 sf. The firm provides assurance, tax, financial advisory and consulting services to private and publicly traded businesses.Lime Financial Co. has occupied 1,425 sf at 2201 E. Camelback Rd. They moved in earlier this month.
