Morris represented the building owner, identified as FG 2200 LLC, and was the sole broker in the transaction. HBDC operates an online insurance marketplace that allows consumers to obtain company-sponsored quotes and obtain health and life insurance. It is seeking to expand its ownership and operation of Internet-based insurance companies, internally and through acquisitions.

The building, which was completed in 1994, "met all of the real estate and business objectives of HBDC," Morris says. The lease also offers evidence that "the South Florida office marketplace continues to experience very strong demand and overall healthy market conditions," he adds.
