He also has extensive experience in acquisitions, one of the key sources of our external growth."
Memphis-based Addison is an investment firm that specializes in strategic planning, investment analysis and equity and debt financing for start-up and early-stage companies. Prior to Addison, Craven was SVP and chief accounting officer at Independent Bank in Memphis. Before that, he was VP and chief accounting officer for RFS Hotel Investors, a REIT that was acquired by CNL Hotels and Resorts in 2003. Before joining Innkeepers less than a year ago, Riggins held executive-level posts at Interstate for seven years. He is rejoining the company as CFO on April 17.
