Fahey, former SVP of locally based Binswanger's advisory group, is a 20-year veteran of commercial sales, leasing and project development. Among the Binswanger clients he has served are Comcast, Bank One, MBNA, Mobil Oil and BP. In all, he has completed projects in 23 states and six countries.

Hersha Hospitality Management, also based here, has named Jeffrey Wade vice president of human resources. Previously, Wade was with Rockville, MD-based Ivy Planning Group, a management consulting and training firm with a roster of clients that includes Hyatt, Marriott and Hilton hotel firms as well as JP Morgan Chase and MetLife. Prior to that, he was senior director of human resources for MeriStar's Inns division.

Reno, NV-based DP Partners has named Eric Scott development manager of its mid-Atlantic region, which is located in Harrisburg. Scott is the former senior project manager for Bethesda, MD-based Clark Construction Group and previously served as project manager for Whiting-Turner Contracting Co., which is based in Baltimore. He will focus on upcoming projects and tenant build outs at DP's new 246-acre LogistiCenter in Carlisle. It currently contains two spec buildings and, when fully developed, will encompass four million sf.
