The aggregate value of the lease is undisclosed. According to a previous GlobeSt.com report, the asking full-service rental rate in Valley Square buildings is $21.50 per sf, plus electric. The Philadelphia-based office of Thomas Properties Group, which is headquartered in Los Angeles, acquired the park from Chicago-based Equity Office Properties in March 2005 as part of a nine-building portfolio.

Rija Beares and Mike Colgan of the area office of CB Richard Ellis handle Valley Square leasing and represented Thomas. According to Beares, RSM McGladrey recently acquired the King of Prussia-based accounting firm of Mantas, Ohliger McGary & Quinn, which called for the additional space. The extended lease takes effect in June. David Anastos of Bayshore Partners represented the tenant.
