F&M Investments plans to open the first phase of its 45,000-sf Shoppes of Woodstock by fall. Cliffwood Development anticipates the first of its planned 177 townhomes at Town View Commons will be ready for occupancy by summer. Both projects are adjacent to each other along GA 92, west of Interstate 575.
The townhomes are expected to start at $215,000. The county is widening GA 92 to four lanes between Interstate 575 and Interstate 75 to handle the expected increase in traffic along GA 92, considered the most heavily developed highway corridor in Cherokee County.
