COLUMBUS-Law firm Lane, Alton & Horst has signed a 28,000-sf lease at Two Miranova Place, a 243,000-sf office building in Downtown Columbus. Joe Gerling, managing partner of Lane, Alton & Horst, says the space will accommodate the firm's future growth "as we continue to expand our practice."
Joel Pizzuti, president and COO of the building's owner, the Pizzuti Cos., says the proximity to the courthouse, coupled with the building's amenities, compelled firm executives to make the move. Lane, Alton & Horst joins other Two Miranova tenants including Red Capital Group, Glavan Fehér Architects, Ary Roepcke Mulchaey Stevenson, Exxcel Project Management, Ohio Academy of Nursing Homes, Cardinal Title, Rebecca Ibel Gallery, Ethan Interactive and the Pizzuti Cos.
Rick Smith of Crawford Hoying Smith Real Estate Services represented Lane, Alton & Horst, and Lisa Webster of ROI Realty Services represented the Pizzuti Cos. in the transaction.
The building is blocks from the Franklin County Courthouse, the Brewery District and German Village and has access to interstates 70, 71, 670 and 270. Amenities at Two Miranova Place include parking, complimentary shuttle service, Miranova Café, Cameron Mitchell's signature restaurant "M," loading docks and freight elevator, and 24-hour staffed security.
