In suburban Norcross, Architectural Installations Atlanta, an office furniture installer, leased 164,752 sf for an estimated five years at 2760 Pacific Dr. At First Industrial Realty Trust's 464,090-sf Southmeadow C park at 4081 Southmeadow Parkway, Atlanta, the Brunswick Corp. signed a 98,484-sf lease for its subsidiary, Life Fitness. The 15-year-old park is 90% leased.

Pattillo Construction Co. signed the Wire Shop Inc. to a three-year, 60,000-sf lease at its single-story, 22-year-old industrial building at 6155 US 341 in Fort Valley, about 25 miles south of Macon. The tenant is occupying the entire structure.

Federated Department Stores of Cincinnati is taking the 24,161-sf, 10th floor space previously occupied by Eastman Kodak Co. at 291,141-sf Perimeter Summit. The office sublease brings the class A building at 3003 Summit Blvd., Atlanta, to 97% occupancy.

In Atlanta's largest office submarket, the 27-million-sf Central Perimeter, CIT Group renewed its 31,784-sf lease at 900 Ashwood, an eight-story, 204,464-sf class building, currently 88% occupied.

Developer Richard Bowers has brought his 325,000-sf 270 Peachtree office building to 50% occupancy with the signing of Americus-based Habitat for Humanity to a 10-year, 27,632-leased. Habitat for Humanity will use the space for its administrative headquarters; its operational headquarters remains in Americus.
