Quirante, vice president, represented the owner Beacon Capital Partners LLC. Glen Meltzer of the Ezra Co. represented ISRI.
The office was purchased by Beacon Capital Partners LLC for its Fund II (Beacon Capital Strategic Partners II) in March 2004. The property contains approximately 412,000 sf of rentable office space.
