May, who has marketed more than seven million sf of office buildings in Orange County over the past decade, was responsible for marketing and leasing Maguire's Orange County office properties before joining Grubb & Ellis. Previously, he was with Chicago-based Transwestern Commercial Services, where he was responsible for marketing and leasing of the company's Orange County and Los Angeles portfolios.
May's other experience includes a post as director of the western region for USAA Realty Co., where he was responsible for marketing and leasing of USAA and third-party owned commercial real estate assets. He began his commercial real estate career as a broker with CB Richard Ellis in Newport Beach.
