Flack had previously been a member of Carter's brokerage group since 1998. At Carter's, Flack represented a wide range of corporate, regional and local tenants and completed transactions worth $50 million.
Cresa Partners principal Richard Chrismer tells GlobeSt.com that the firm has been making a concentrated effort over the past few years to add people who specialize in office tenant representation. The firm represents tenants exclusively--they do not represent landlords. With the hiring of Flack, the firm now has 16 brokers who specialize in this area. "We wanted to get someone who had experience specifically in this area and John has seven years and has been very successful," Chrismer says. "The caliber of his integrity and the proven quality of his work make him a great fit for Cresa Partners. He will contribute greatly to our company's growth."
Flack is an Atlanta native and holds a bachelors of arts degree in mass communications and business from Auburn University. He is a member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors, the Million Dollar Club and the Young Council of the Board of Realtors. "As a leading international tenant representation firm, Cresa Partners offers a wide range of services and resources that will allow me to provide exceptional benefits to my clients," says Flack, in a prepared statement. "I am honored to be part of an organization with such a great reputation in the marketplace among both tenants and owners."
