Flack had previously been a member of Carter's brokerage group since 1998. At Carter's, Flack represented a wide range of corporate, regional and local tenants and completed transactions worth $50 million.

Flack is an Atlanta native and holds a bachelors of arts degree in mass communications and business from Auburn University.
