Bruce Levine, with CB Richard Ellis/New England, tells GlobeSt.com the buyer selected the class A office, R&D and manufacturing property because of its location adjacent to the interchange of I-495 & Route and its potential to expand the on-site building by an additional 103,000 sf. The two-story property, which is currently vacant, was previously occupied by COHU, a designer and manufacturer of semiconductors and closed circuit television and microwave equipment.

Levine handled the transaction for FPK Realty along with Mark Reardon, Jason Levendusky and Hunter Emerson, all with CB Richard Ellis/New England. Levine says the new owner is currently marketing the space to companies ranging from 10,000 sf to 206,000 sf.
