Robert Anderson has been appointed chairman of US operations and Steven Hall as head of US asset management and performance reporting. Anderson is president of Ronus Inc. and is a board member of Harold's, Goddard Investment Group and the Jeffrey Smith Cos. He is the retired chairman of the PWC Real Estate Industry Group. Hall has over 20 years experience and has worked throughout the U.S. on real estate asset management and development projects and held senior real estate and financial positions at PM Realty Group and Exxon Corp.

Rolin said the company also plans to use Miami as a springboard for providing services to Spanish, Portugese and Latin American families. StratReal currently has more than $2 billion in assets under management in the US with over 350 tenants and 6.3 million sf. "This is a serious strategic commitment and investments for the company to expand our US activities and further support our growing client base within the US," Rolin says in a prepared statement. "The emphasis will be on active management approach for new leasing and development and ensuring performance is strictly monitored to tight timescales and targets."
