BearingPoint was represented by Lisa Kiell, managing director, and Barbara Winter and Basil Vasilkioti, senior vice presidents, all with Jones Lang LaSalle's New York office. Building owner Brookfield Properties was represented in-house by Jeremiah Larkin, senior vice president and director of leasing, and David Cheikin, vice president of leasing. The Three World Financial Center building is located at the southwest corner of Vesey Street and West Street.
"Service companies especially are giving Downtown a closer look," Kiell tells GlobeSt.com. "Three World Financial Center is an ideal location [for service companies] given the quality of the space, the good price and proximity to financial clients." Kiel, who couldn't give a sf price, noted that there are a couple of Midtown law firms looking at Downtown.
Other tenants at the 53-floor building with water views include American Express Co., the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Computer Generated Solutions, and Morgan and Finnegan, LLP.
