The second phase of the project, which was topped off this month, is slated for delivery by early 2007. Phase I was completed in 2005 and currently fully leased. The Granite Buildings represent the only new class A office properties in Western Nassau County.
The CBRE team of Larry Weiss, Marty Lomazow, Roy Chipkin, Richard Karson and David Shaoulpour will oversee the leasing of the second property within the complex on behalf of the owner Lalezarian Properties.
The property is less than one-quarter mile from the Long Island Expressway and Northern State Parkway, and is under one-half mile from Queens County. Several bus routes stop immediately in front of the building.
Among its amenities, the property will feature 60-ft-high atrium, an on-site café, banking services, as well as three levels of covered parking.
