The partnership between T3 Advisors and Abaq'us Properties Consulting, of Bangalore, India, will offer real estate services that include research, transition and project management assistance to companies considering establishing a presence in India, where demand for real estate is exploding.

"Whether due to fundamental business or culture differences, doing business in India requires in-depth knowledge of the country, its systems and services and its approach to business," Mark Cote, managing director and co-founder of T3 Advisors said in a statement announcing the partnership. "By partnering with Abaq'us, we're confident we can deliver local insight and value to our clients."

India is already home to 220 Fortune 500 firms, including Cisco, Fidelity Investments, IBM, Intel, McAfee, Microsoft, Motorola and Yahoo, and 70% of the remaining Fortune 500 companies are said to be considering expanding to the country, the partnership said in a statement.
