On the editorial side, John Salustri, national online editor for GlobeSt.com, has been named executive editor, online products, and Cynthia J. Hoffman, editor of Real Estate Forum, is now executive editor, print products.

In their expanded roles (both editors also retain their current titles), Salustri and Hoffman will work in close association with the editors of all products in their sectors. They are also charged with maintaining the journalistic and ethical standards for which all REM products are known. The online division includes GlobeSt.com and GlobeSt/RETAIL and seven targeted newsletters. The print division includes Real Estate Forum as well as three regional publications: Real Estate New York, Real Estate New Jersey and Real Estate Southern California.

In the areas of design and marketing, creative services director Scott Thompson expands his role and becomes director, creative services and project development. In that position, Thompson will oversee all new creative ventures for print and online as well as Real Estate Media's RealShare Conference series. With Thompson's promotion, Art director Jolene Oldham is elevated to the position of senior art director. Oldham will be the primary contact between the art and editorial departments and oversee the creative direction of all magazines.

The Real Estate Media advertising sales area is also seeing change. Daniel Ceniceros, regional publisher of Real Estate Southern California, is now national sales manager and vice president of regional publications; Andrew Orth, account executive for ReSoCal, has been promoted to sales manager, Western and Central Regions; Terry Bisogno, account executive on the print side, is now account executive for the RealShare Conferences; and Megan Hartung, former RealShare Conference coordinator, is now sales associate for Real Estate New York.
