CANTON, MA-High tech firm Network Engines inked a lease renewal on 52,000 sf of office and manufacturing space at 15-45 Dan Rd. in Canton, keeping the 267,124-sf property at more than 75% occupancy.

"It's a great value," J. P. Plunkett, with Cushman & Wakefield's Boston office tells GlobeSt.com, noting that the building has a full cafeteria and fitness center as part of its amenities.

Terms of the lease were not disclosed, but Plunkett says other available space in the property ranging from 5,000 sf to 55,000 sf remains available at asking lease rates of $14.75 per sf net of electricity. The building is also home to Home Depot, Stop & Shop, Dorel Juvenile Group and Cocard.

Plunkett along with Catherine Minnerly and Jason Bryer, also with Cushman & Wakefield, represented landlord Great Point Investors in the transaction. Network Engines was represented by Andrew Majewski and Matthew Siciliano of CB Richard Ellis.
