Gregory H. Cahill with Nordblom Corfac International, in Burlington, negotiated the lease along with colleague Whitford S. Bond. Cahill tells GlobeSt.com that Acumentrics Corp. will fully occupy buildings 1, 4 and 5 in the park, located at 21, 22 and 20 Southwest Park Dr. in Westwood. He adds that Acumentrics Corp. satisfied that the landlord has again been able to meet its needs while continuing as a long-term tenant at the park.
Terms of the lease were not disclosed but office space in the Westwood submarket generally leases in the high teens while industrial space rents in the low single digits, according to a broker familiar with that market.
