Alsadek, an 18-year real estate veteran, has received many accolades for his investment skills. He was Grubb & Ellis' top investment broker in 2005 and top producer in 2004. Alsadek was also named to Real Estate Southern California's 2006 Broker Hot List, in which nominees must top the $75-million mark to be considered.
Alsadek joins CBRE with nearly $2 billion worth of transactions under his belt.
"[CBRE] is part of a bigger platform with a lot of other institutional investment brokers," Alsadek tells GlobeSt.com. "We can all leverage our relationships and our contacts to better serve our clients…being in the market myself, I know about the strength of their platform."
Since January 2005, Alsadek has completed approximately 20 leases and 40 sales. "San Diego is in the top five markets for all institutional investors," he says. "And I'm working on a lot of projects in San Diego and Los Angeles."
