In her new role at C&W, Varga will assist in and oversee the strategic direction of the firm's brokerage professionals in the New York offices, focusing on information technology and systems development.
"I will be basically helping out junior brokers," Varga tells GlobeSt.com. "Their management skills, their understanding of the technology available to them...basically enabling them to do their job as best they can."
Varga brings more than 12 years of commercial real estate experience, both in management and research roles. Her previous experience includes positions as director of application development, associate director of national research and manager of New York research for CB Richard Ellis. In her application development role she designed and executed proprietary data tracking processes for brokerage professional nationwide, in addition to overseeing the research operations in the New York metro area.
