Much of that initiative will be wrought through the workings of an in-house consultation Jaccom is charged with launching. In a statement, company officials characterize that group as populated with investment bankers, economists, market analysts, lawyers and other specialists.
In his career, Jaccom has represented such tenants as Aetna Insurance, Cigna Insurance, Marsh & McLennan and OppenheimerFunds. He spearheaded the corporate services group for the firm.
In 2002, Mitch Steir, now chairman and CEO; Mike Colacino, now president; and Jaccom, who became vice chairman and principal, led a group of some 45 managers and brokers in a takeover of the tenant rep firm. Studley executives would not comment on the departure.
