In the largest deal, the Boston-based Colony Realty Partners picked up the 136,088-sf building at 371 Hoes Lane in Piscataway from TIAA-CREF Separate Real Estate Account. G&E's John Hoffman, Matthew Schnurr, Michael Harrington, John Beers and Craig Fitzpatrick were all involved on behalf of the seller. Tenants at the three-story building, which features a three-story atrium lobby, include Clinical Research Laboratories; Reilly Financial Group, an office of MetLife; and staffing agency Aerotek.
In the second sale, the Brookfield, CT-based relo firm Triad International bought the 91,000-sf building at 650 Park Ave. in East Orange from Verizon. G&E's Bob Shuster, Jeffrey Rosenberg, William Doody and Thomas Rogers Jr. repped the seller.
And in the third deal, Carria Realty LLC bought the 5,701-sf building at 150 River Rd. in Montville from Montville Partners. John Kuhn and Mona Holzberg of G&E repped both sides.
