TEWKSBURY, MA- Baer Supply Co., a specialty wholesale distributors to the woodworking industry, has signed a lease extension on 32,160 sf of space at 19 Barker Rd. here. The arrangement allows the firm to remain in the warehouse building it has called home for the past several years.
"The space continues to work well for Baer Supply," says David Gilkie, with Nordblom Corfac's Burlington office.
Terms of the lease, which includes a renewal option, were not disclosed but industrial space in the Burlington market generally leases in the mid-single digits per sf, according to market reports.
The single-story warehouse occupied by Baer, which supplies hardware, fittings, tools, shop supplies, surfacing materials and board and panel products to the woodworking industry, is zoned heavy industrial, has six docks and 20-foot clearance.
Gregory Cahill and Whitford Bond, with Nordblom Corfac's Boston office, along with Steven H. Podolsky, with Chicago-based Podolsky Northstar Corfac International, represented the tenant in the transaction. The landlord, Flauto Realty Trust, was represented by Gilkie.
