The buyer was represented in the transaction by Marc Graham,Edward Duenas and Lee Miller of Cushman & Wakefield of NJ, EastRutherford. Trammell Crow Co. represented the seller, 88 CentennialAvenue General Partnership. The sale price was not released.

"Our client wanted a permanent headquarters in the area andlarger space for growth and flexibility," Graham says. "This was aterrific opportunity for WANDL to establish itself in afreestanding office building. The building also offers greathighway access for the firm's employees."

The two-story building is situated near Exit 9 of I-287, not farfrom Rutgers University's Piscataway campus. Vacant at the time ofsale, it has been occupied, in the past, by a succession oftechnology-related tenants.
