The buyer was represented in the transaction by Marc Graham, Edward Duenas and Lee Miller of Cushman & Wakefield of NJ, East Rutherford. Trammell Crow Co. represented the seller, 88 Centennial Avenue General Partnership. The sale price was not released.
"Our client wanted a permanent headquarters in the area and larger space for growth and flexibility," Graham says. "This was a terrific opportunity for WANDL to establish itself in a freestanding office building. The building also offers great highway access for the firm's employees."
The two-story building is situated near Exit 9 of I-287, not far from Rutgers University's Piscataway campus. Vacant at the time of sale, it has been occupied, in the past, by a succession of technology-related tenants.
