His record shows him completing more than 500 lease and saletransactions totaling more than six million sf on behalf of clientssuch as Fifth Third Bank, JP Morgan Chase, Brinks Hofer Gilson& Lione, CIBC Oppenheimer and Sara Lee Corp.

Also a senior VP with CBRE, Liljeberg specialized in developingreal estate strategies for corporate clients and implementing largeindividual and multi-market transactions. He has representedfinancial services, telecommunications and technology clients suchas AIG, ABN Amro, American Express and Allstate.
