The development will be located at 5802 NW 104th Court, at the corner of 58th Street and NW 107th Avenue. The project will be completed in phases as market conditions dictate, with the residential component the first to be constructed. Groundbreaking for the residential component is expected in mid-2007.
The project will include 1,109 condominiums and townhomes, 100,000 sf of retail space and more than 360,000 sf of class A office space. It will incorporate the urban planning principles of new urbanism and traditional neighborhood design, says EB Developers COO John Markey. "Landmark at Doral combines the best modern design with elements from historically successful communities, creating a new urban-oriented neighborhood that will revolutionize the way people live in South Florida," Markey says.
The architect on the project is West Palm Beach-based REG Architects and Coral Gables-based Valle, Valle & Partners implemented the new urbanism principles. The residences are being designed by New York City-based Christopher Coleman Interior Design.
According to Cervera Real Estate's Andres Asion, the exclusive broker in charge of sales and marketing for the project, preconstruction sales for the condominiums will begin Nov. 4. The project will contain one-, two- and three-bedroom units ranging in size from 700 to 3,000 sf with prices ranging from $300,000 to just under $1 million.
