Construction started in September with completion of the project expected in June. Flagler Station 1200 is the third office building in Phase II of the Flagler Station business park is located directly south of the recently completed Flagler Station 1100.

"The recent success of the Ryder world headquarters and Flagler Station 1100 illustrates the growing demand for class A office space in this market," says Flagler Development Group vice president and market officer for South Florida Shane Soefker. "The combined occupancy for stabilized buildings currently stands at 99%."

Flagler Station is a nine-million-sf campus-style office, retail and industrial development on 320 acres. Phase 1 consisted of 2.5 million sf of existing office and industrial space. Phase 2 consists of 6.5 million sf of new development, of which 1.5 million sf is office and five million sf is retail and distribution space. The leasing agent for the Flagler Station is Flagler Development Group senior leasing director Stuart Gordon.
