Poggi will be based in the firm's Miami office and will be a member of the firm's national hotel capital markets group. Poggi has more than 15 years experience in the hospitality industry spanning all areas of investment sales, consulting, operations and the development of luxury, full service, select service and resort properties.
Most recently, he served as director of real estate at JHM Hotels where he conducted functions related to hotel property dispositions, acquisitions of new properties and acquisition of hotel development sites. Prior to JHM Hotels, Poggi was a manager of KPMG in Miami where he worked on numerous transactions including the sales and acquisitions of the Four Seasons Hotel New York and the InterContinental hotel chain. He also has hotel operations experience with Divi Resorts in the Caribbean.
