As Mitsubishi's National Director of Corporate Services for more than 12 years, Bloodworth managed all aspects of the auto manufacturer's real estate portfolio from its US headquarters in Cyprus, CA. Prior to that, Bloodworth was the development director for Marriott International Inc. for five years.
At G&E, Bloodworth is responsible for day-to-day support of corporate clients while also developing new business. Bloodworth will be the single point of contact, assisting clients interested in transaction management, project management, lease administration, corporate finance and strategic consulting.
The addition of Bloodworth is part of an national initiative by G&E to better serve its corporate clients. To that end, G&E says it has added 15 "client service relationship managers" throughout the country over the past 12 months.
