Terms of the lease were not disclosed but according to a market study by Richards Barry Joyce & Partners lease rates in the Route 128 submarket average about $25 per sf for class A office space.

Kent, along with Sean Teague, also with Trammel Crow, handled the transaction for Gulf Oil while Mike Ripp, Andy Majewski and Matt Siciliano, all with CB Richards Ellis/New England, handled the transaction for the landlord, TA Associates, of Boston.
