In other transactions reported by the Rye Brook, NY-based brokerage firm, The College of Westchester has acquired the Reggie Pink property at 295 Central Park Ave. in White Plains, a two-story building totaling 11,000 sf, for $2.7 million. The building will be used by the college for administrative offices.

And finally, as owner's agent for The Jack Parker Corp., the owner of 1311 Mamaroneck Ave., Austin Corporate Properties reports that Orthonet, an orthopedic specialty management company, has leased an additional 11,000 sf.
