AGI's areas of expertise includes: condominium conversion and sales; residential, commercial and historic rehabilitation; and mixed-use development and investment, including urban in-fill projects in the greater Bay Area. Current investments in San Francisco include: Soma Grand, a new 22-story, high-rise mixed-use development project featuring 246 residential condos with hotel amenities at 1160 Mission St.; Pacific Plaza, an office rehabilitation and mixed-use redevelopment at 1355-1375 Sutter St.; and the historic Warfield Building, an office and theater rehabilitation at 988 Market St.

"I'm basically here because these guys have entered into a new growth cycle in their ongoing development," Jew tells GlobeSt.com. "I have been brought on board to help the partners develop new and ongoing relationships with various institutional partners and assist in the evaluation of new growth opportunities."

A CPA and a registered real estate broker, Jew's development experience covers residential, multifamily, retail and commercial, and includes developing and managing residential units, accounting, financing, cash management, securing financial commitments and supervising staff. Prior to Arcadia, Jew worked for several other Bay Area operations, including Aetna Diversified Properties, American Film Consortium, Broadmoor Homes, Lane/Kahn Pacific and Bramalea Pacific.

"[AGI] is at the same stage as Arcadia was 18 yeas ago," Jew says. "I was Arcadia's first CFO as well."
