Rivera notes that Clark & Trevithick has occupied space at 800 Wilshire since 1974. The new lease calls for the addition of the approximately 2,000 sf to the firm's existing 18,000 sf on the 12th and 13th floors of the building.
The Ratkovich Co. and its partner Prudential Real Estate Investors were represented by the Jones Lang LaSalle team of Lisa St. John, James Malone and Jim Walker. Clark & Trevithick was represented by Brian Ulf of Cushman & Wakefield.
The 800 Wilshire building, at the corner of Wilshire Boulevard and Flower Street in the center of the Downtown financial district, is a 16-story, 225,750-sf office tower that is more than 80% leased. The building is the headquarters for the Ratkovich Co. Other tenants include Nabih Youssef & Associates, Black & Veatch Construction, United Mizrahi Bank and the law firm of Lightfoot, Vandevelde, Sadowsky, Crouchley, Rutherford & Levine.
