James O'Neill, with Nordblom Corfac International's Burlington office, tells GlobeSt.com that Matthews InTouch Boston will share the 30,000-sf, two-story building at 85 Sam Fonzo Dr. with Liberty Publishing Co. The firm's previous Beverly office offered the company just 4,000 sf, he says.
"It's exactly what they were looking for; a real high-end office building in a great location," O'Neill says of the class A property, located in the Cherry Hill Industrial Park.Terms of the long-term lease were not disclosed but O'Neill says similar space in the Beverly market generally rents in the $20-per-sf range, gross of electricity. O'Neill handled the lease negotiations for the tenant. The landlord, Iron Gate Development LLC, was represented by Klemmer Associates.
