Joe Fallon, with Trammell Crow Co.'s Boston office, tellsGlobeSt.com that the company's strong relationship with thelandlord along with its current location in an amenity richbuilding were factors in Lionbridge's decision to renew.

Terms of the lease were not disclosed but the building, whichhas about 7,000 sf available for lease, generally rents in themid-$20s per sf, Fallon says. Lionbridge shares the property withtenants that include several subsidiaries of International DataGroup, including Computer World and CEO Magazine.<p.Thetransaction was handled for the landlord by Fallon and Sue Donovan,also with TCC. Lionbridge was represented by Christopher Cooks andDaniel Sullivan both with Cresa Partners in Boston.
