Adam Subber, with Cresa Partner's Boston office, tells GlobeSt.com that the company currently occupies 102,085 sf at 6 New England Executive Park, located across the street from the third floor offices where the expansion space was leased. Subber, colleague Joe Sciolla andGene Sachs with Cresa in Washington, DC represented the tenant.
Terms of the 6 New England Executive Park lease were not disclosed but office space in the Burlington market generally leases in the mid-$20 per sf range, according to market reports.
The firm, which provides advanced electronics, information technology and customer support services along with other products to the military, will share the 218,812-sf office building with a number of other tenants, including Siebel Systems. The property is part of a 10-building class A office park totaling 1 million sf that is owned by Equity Office Properties.
