The company opted to stay in the building because of its location across from the Galleria Mall and the ability of building owner Equity Office Properties to offer contiguous space for expansion, Sullivan says. "They had an opportunity to get contiguous space in a building that was 100% leased," he notes.
Terms of the lease were not disclosed but Sullivan says space in the four-story class A office building generally rents in the mid-$30s per sf gross. The transaction was handled for the tenant by Sullivan and Adam Subber, also with Cresa. EOP was self-represented by Duncan Gratton.
