Staubach's Roe, Chris Clayton and Chris Livingston represented OfficeMax in the disposition of the building at 3605 Warrenville Center Rd. "University Hospitals is the perfect fit with their growth, new campus and commitment to Northeast Ohio."
The four-story building on 7.13 acres was built in two phases over 30 years, Roe says. The first phase was completed in the 1960s and an addition was added in the 1990s.
