North Shore Cataract, an ophthalmic surgical center that has been a long-time tenant in the building, renewed its lease on 8,300 sf of medical office space. DHA Endoscopy, which specializes in endoscopy treatments and programs, signed a new lease to occupy 5,000 sf, according to Aiden Murray, leasing coordinator for Everest Partners, the building's landlord.
Terms of both leases were not disclosed but Murray says asking rents on the property, which has just one office remaining for lease, are about $20 per sf, plus electricity. The building's prime Stoneham location, which provides easy highway access and nearby amenities, were factors in both leasing decisions, he says.
Murray handled the leasing arrangements for both tenants in the transaction.
