The new headquarters development is called Mammoth Professional Office Park and consists of two buildings comprising approximately 105,745 sf near Avery Parkway. The two-building complex is located at 29122 and 29222 Rancho Viejo Rd., with the buildings overlooking Interstate 5 at the transition to the 73 Transportation Corridor.

The Mammoth Professional Office Park is divided into suites of two to 10 offices, finished and ready for immediate occupancy. The company says it chose the location, among other reasons, for its proximity to the rapidly growing area near the northern edge of San Diego County that includes residential areas like Mission Viejo, Laguna Niguel, Dana Point and San Clemente.

The Mammoth Equities project in San Juan Capistrano is the 10th that the company has developed in the Southern California area. The others, which total more than 683,000 sf of office and industrial space, are in Santa Clarita, the City of Industry, Temecula, Cypress, Laguna Hills and Mission Viejo.

The mammoth sculpture has its origins in the founding of Mammoth Equities by Bob Wish in 1995, after 20 years in real estate development. Wish took the name of the company from its first project, in Northern California's Mammoth Lakes. The mammoth at the company's new headquarters was created by artist and sculptor Danny Salzhandler of Cardiff.
