Projected to break ground in early 2007, Duke is planning a two-story, 100,000-sf asset. The developer is currently constructing Building 3000, a 71,000-sf light distribution building at 3000 Centre Parkway. Earlier this year, the company completed a speculative 657,200-sf bulk warehouse building at 3909 North Commerce Dr.
In the recent leasing wave, Ford Motor Co. inked a 29,090-sf deal for its Jaguar/Land Rover service training facility. Kerry Davidsen and Peyton Wimberly, of CB Richard Ellis, represented Ford in the 10-year transaction. In addition, third-party logistics supplier C.H. Robinson has leased 27,350 sf and will be moving from a 10,693-sf space within Camp Creek Business Center. Dina Boscardin, of Mohr Partners, represented C.H. Robinson in the transaction.
Camp Creek Business Center is a 12-building, 2.1-million-sf business park featuring office, rear-load distribution and cross-dock warehouse distribution facilities. Future development plans call for an additional three million sf of development.
