SJP Properties and joint venture partner JPMorgan Asset Management were represented in-house. Wells Fargo was represented by James Frank of Cushman & Wakefield in the deal, the terms of which were not released.
"With its location near major commuting highways and business arteries, it is the perfect location for a financial services company such as Wells Fargo," says Steven Pozycki, vice president of the Parsippany, NJ-based SJP Properties.
The four-story building is part of the 169-acre Mountain View Corporate Center, a joint venture between SJP and JPMorgan Asset Management. The center's six buildings total more than 820,000 sf.
