The One River Centre location serves as the headquarters for High Point Safety, which provides management services for High Point Preferred Insurance Co. and its subsidiaries. The signing consists of a five-year, 88,237-sf extension and a 13-year, 10,721-sf expansion. Further terms were not released; available space at the complex is listed with an asking price of $25-27 per sf.

The second signing involves a total of 17,850 sf at Mack-Cali's 600 Parsippany Rd. in Parsippany, a 96,000-sf class A building that is now 94.7% leased. The new lease carries a term of 12 years and six months; available space in the building is listed with an asking price of $20 to $21 per sf. In both deals, Robert Bull, Philip Lipper and Michael Kennedy of Studley represented the tenant, while the Edison-based Mack-Cali was represented in-house by Diane Chayes.
