The Lee listing agents are Marc Spellman and Scott Romick of the company's L.A. North/Ventura office. Spellman and Romick note that the project will feature a high ratio of parking, 4.4 spaces per 1,000 sf of building space, along with high visibility from major thoroughfares in the area.
The development site is a 2.5-acre parcel with 420 feet of frontage on Soledad Canyon Road in this East Santa Clarita Valley community.
The new Canyon Country project is an example of the kind of growth in North Los Angeles County and Ventura county markets that has prompted Lee & Associates to expand its presence in the region in recent years, including its recently opened third L.A. North/Ventura region office in Oxnard.
In an interview with GlobeSt.com recently, president Mike Tingus of Lee & Associates L.A. North/Ventura Inc. told GlobeSt.com that the company foresees continued growth in the commercial real estate markets in the northern parts of Los Angeles County and in Ventura County.
The project team for the new Canyon Country office building includes Arkineto Architects of Agoura Hills and Pyramid Builders of Gardena. Construction financing for the project is being provided by Alliance Bank.
