NEW YORK CITY-The Beck Street Portfolio, a six-buildingcollection of retail and residential properties, has been put onthe market with an asking price of $101.5 million. Massey KnakalRealty Services has been chosen to exclusively sell the WestVillage buildings, the owners name was not released.

The portfolio, which can be sold together or individually,includes 367-69 Bleecker St., 382-84 Bleecker St., 387 BleeckerSt., 625 Broadway, 82 Christopher St. and 37 Greenwich Ave. Themajority of the properties house a combination of both retail andresidential components. For example, 382-84 Bleecker St. containsthree retail units and 21 residential units in the building's sixstories and 37 Greenwich Ave. has three residential units and tworetail units.
