Langley recently received increased funding because of its role as the headquarters of Air Combat Command as well as the home base for the United States Air Force' new F-22 Raptor, he says.
The city of Hampton has subleased two floors to the National Institution of Aerospace in Quad I, he says. Quad III is occupied by the Air Force.
